Animal quizzes whose every answer was written twice, independently, and cross-checked before a single question was generated.
Where the answers come from
One dataset of nearly two hundred keys: a question catalog plus structured tables – which
class each animal belongs to, what its young are called, the traditional collective nouns,
where dog and cat breeds originate, and the classic words for animal calls. Two independent
authors filled in every key blind, and the copies were compared value by value. Where the
authors could not agree, the site asks no question – which is why you will not find a
“tallest dog breed” question here: the two candid answers disagreed, and a contested fact
makes rotten multiple-choice.
What the questions deliberately avoid
Nothing that rots: no conservation statuses (they are revised yearly), no records that
change hands, no photographs standing in for facts. Where common belief is wrong – the
three-second goldfish memory – the question says so.
What playing costs you
Nothing: no account, no download, no tracking of your answers. Your best score per quiz is
stored in your own browser and nowhere else.
