Directorate for development of small and medium enterprises, Employment Office of Montenegro and Federation of Employees of Montenegro held the press conference for the beginning of the Project Â»A chance for young managersÂ«.
The content of the Project, education methods, lecturers and the benefits of Â»A chance for young managersÂ« were presented by Ms. Lola Radulovic, adviser for education in the Directorate for development of small and medium enterprises, Ms. Danka Cetkovic, adviser for relation with employers in the Employment Office of Montenegro, Ms. Ana Maras, adviser for relation with members in the Federation of Employees of Montenegro, and Mr. Aleksandar Pavicevic, director of â€œAdizes Montenegroâ€?.
The Project will start on 12th October 2009 in Podgorica, with the aim to educate young graduate students for more efficient and effective work in an enterprise, and to direct them towards entrepreneurâ€™s needs, and thus, future employment.
Â»A chance for young managersÂ« will be realized in two phases: theoretic and practical part (direct practice at selected employer). â€œAdizes Montenegroâ€? is in charge of theoretical part, that will engage lecturers â€“ experts in management, project management, marketing and PR, as well as business communication. As far as practical part is concerned, the project implicit two-months working practice, that participants will have at selected employer. During practice time, employers will not have financial obligations towards participants, but they will receive remuneration from project resources, i.e. from the resources of the Employment Office of Montenegro and the Directorate for development of small and medium enterprises. The special value of the Project is the possibility to be employed by selected employer, when the practical part is finished, if they show satisfying engagement and commitment. If participants are without previous working experience, the Employment Office of Montenegro will participate in their remuneration.
Â»A chance for young managersÂ« represents the continuation of the last year project that Directorate for SMP Development and Employment Office of Montenegro conducted in four municipalities â€“Podgorica, Bijelo Polje, Cetinje and Niksic. The success indicators were shown in the number of new job created â€“ 90% of graduate students were employed in 40 enterprises â€“ project participants.
