Main objective of this project is promotion and advisory services on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, which have the potential to significantly contribute to sustainable economic development, jobs creation, increase production, environmental protection etc.

In the first phase of the project four offices (Niksic, Cetinje, Berane, Bijelo Polje) have been fully equipped and employees have finished compulsory training for energy efficiency advisory services.

In the second phase, with the assistance of our project, three more offices have been set up (Rozaje, Plav and Zabljak) and Energy Efficiency Office in Bijelo Pole was transformed into the info center.

GIZ ASE project has been present in Montenegro since April 2008 and through the range of its activities has been providing support to the Government of Montenegro and its institutions in the field of energy efficiency.
