Directorate for development of small and medium sized enterprises and Ltd â€žAdizes Montenegroâ€œ Podgorica have jointly initiated the project â€žBuilding regional capacity of advisory services and markets for export oriented enterprisesâ€œ, and with the assistance of GTZ, the German institution for technical cooperation and assistance organized the seminar â€žInstruments for planning the export and introduction to new markets â€“ Preparation of export planâ€œ, held on 23rd and 24th February 2010, in Podgorica, in the premises of the Directorate for development of small and medium sized enterprises.
The lecturers were certified consultants from Republic of Macedonia, experts in marketing and management in export business, as well as in human resource development.
The seminar was dedicated to export oriented enterprises aiming to improve their knowledge and skills regarding export business, through practical approach, i.e. to marketing managements, selling managements and others in export business.
11 enterprises participated the seminar. They were in a position to learn how to choose target market, how to set up the position, how to be introduced to elements important for market research, to learn how to prepare their own export plan, and how to best use advisory services. The practical sample showed a way of preparing export plan, using data on operation of enterprises that participated the seminar.
